Let’s talk canned chicken- couple ways to do it but raw pack is one of my favorites for dips, casseroles and salads. Results in a more “shredded” texture, while pre cooked before canning gives you a firmer texture. Chicken is one of the easiest things that you can pressure can and a wonderful protein to keep on the shelf for a rainy day. Although we don’t eat much chicken- I do have some in my deep freezer to can up, need to make some space in there so will be canning that up this week or next!
